Bill Dwan
William J. Dwan is a decorated veteran of the Boston Police Department who served the City of Boston for thirty-five years until retirement at the rank of Lieutenant. Mr. Dwan was a Supervisor and tenacious yet fair investigator in the Department’s prestigious Drug Control Unit for approximately twenty of his thirty-five years before rising to the rank of Lieutenant and becoming a Shift Commander. He earned several commendations and meritorious citations during his law enforcement career from the Boston Police Department and other agencies – notably the Mayor’s Medal of Excellence (2013) and Thomas J. Norton Investigator of the Year Award (2014). He founded Bullseye Investigations, LLC to continue his passion and dedication to the pursuit of justice for all.
Mr. Dwan earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services/Criminal Justice from Springfield College in 1998 followed by a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Anna Maria College in 2000. He is a member in good standing of the Licensed Private Detectives Association of Massachusetts (LPDAM) and a licensed Private Investigator in the State of Massachusetts – License # LP1424.
